Minor color variations (due to handcrafted nature), change of mind, or damage caused by usage.
Since our products are fragile, if the outer box or inner packaging arrives visibly damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund after review.
We organise a free reverse-pickup from your address. Pack the item securely in the original box/bubble wrap it was received in.
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
