We accept returns only when the delivered item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or the design differs from what you ordered.

Since our products are fragile, if the outer box or inner packaging arrives visibly damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund after review.
We organise a free reverse‑pickup from your address. Pack the item securely in the original box/bubble wrap it was received in.
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We don't offer exchanges or store credits.
At Boho Tales, we make sure your curated pieces reach you safe and on time. All orders are packed with extra care and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You can expect delivery within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders, while a small order confirmation fee applies for cash-on-delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. We currently deliver across India.
